Andersen 1020 Sash Balancer – Block and Tackle with Shoe
- Works with 400 Series Tilt-Wash Double-Hung windows manufactured from 1992 to Present.
- This is a block and tackle balancer with a shoe.
- There are separate sash balancers for the upper and lower sash.
- Andersen made changes to the balanace design in November 2016. When replacing balances on windows before 2016 you’ll need to order two.
